In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, pl777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Upon termination for breach, pl777 may forfeit all account balances, including real-money funds and bonus credits, where such forfeiture is expressly provided for in these Terms or where the balance was derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity.
